An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, they are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist in the East Midlands region.
You will be reporting into the Technical Manager and will be responsible for providing second line support to their customer base on issues relating to fire systems.
This will involve a combination of phone/email support, and on-site interaction with the customer to further analyse the problem.
You must have:
- Current knowledge of Addressable Fire Systems
- Experience in a similar technical support role (or in commissioning/field service engineering positions for the fire industry)
- BS5839 training/qualifications
Salary & benefits:
Salary is in the region of £28,000 - £33,000, a pool car & chance to do overtime.
