Security Systems Business Development Manager
Circa £30,000 Annually + Commission, Company Vehicle, Laptop, Mobile etc.
About the Client:
- Our client, specialists in the Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Business Development Manager based around the Guildford, Woking or Farnborough area to join their dynamic sales team on a permanent basis.
- Generating new business growth by targeting key regional accounts, competitor’s customers and specific market sectors.
- Developing account profiles and plans for each key account customer and prospect, to ensure a structured focus to maximise the potential whilst ensuring customer needs are continuously met.
- To source, arrange & increase sales of services and/or products in accordance with sales strategies, targets and business plans.
- In conjunction with the UK sales manager and directors, implement various policies and procedures to improve the operation and service delivery of the services provided.
- To carry out any other reasonable work-related task at the request of a line manager, and to carry out duties as management may reasonably require.
- A degree of technical knowledge of security systems.
- Possess aptitude in a highly technical field, with a capacity to understand technical products/specifications.
- Full understanding of the services and products offered by the Fire/Security Industry.
- Experience of dealing with large key accounts.
- Must be very adaptable, customer focused and work well within a team.
- Knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems also advantageous.
