Join a respected building services contractor delivering high-profile mechanical installations across commercial, residential, and data centre sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex M&E packages from concept to completion.

Manage Full Project Lifecycle:
Oversee mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and health & safety standards are achieved. -
Deliver Complex Mechanical Systems:
Coordinate chilled water, HVAC, ventilation, AC, fire safety and public health systems on high-value projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and statutory requirements. -
Drive Commissioning & Handover:
Develop commissioning plans, chair M&E coordination meetings, manage testing and sign-off processes, and compile all necessary O&M documentation for seamless handover. - Client & Subcontractor Liaison:
Requirements:

Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry certifications

Proven track record managing multi-million-pound mechanical packages

Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
