The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the North of the UK. This is a fast-paced role suited to a go-getter who thrives on fresh challenges and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Generation:
  • Drive fresh sales opportunities through proactive networking.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and establish partnerships.
Account Management:
  • Reignite relationships with lapsed or low-spend accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Market Engagement:
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets through a mix of strategic planning and direct sales efforts.
Requirements:
