A strategic, relationship-focused sales professional who:

Can generate and manage new high-value service contracts.

Works well independently and with public/private sector clients.

Manages full sales cycle with confidence and integrity.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, your responsibilities include:
Core Focus

80% service contract sales, 20% project sales

Build long-term client relationships
-
Source, pitch, and mobilise new recurring revenue contracts
Duties

Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities.

Business Development: Secure long-term clients.

Sales Management: Handle the entire sales cycle.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain pipeline, forecast performance.

Design & Quotations: Occasionally perform site surveys and system design.

Internal Collaboration: Ensure seamless project handovers.
