Requirements:
- Proven relationship management and service/project selling experience in fire/security
- Track record of generating over £500,000 in annual sales
- High motivation, organisation, integrity, and dedication
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Sales Director:
- Manage your own sales pipeline (no industry/geography restrictions)
- Collaborate with Sales Director to meet group targets
Other Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities
- Client Acquisition: Lead generation through networking, digital, referrals
- Product Development: Gather feedback, propose improvements
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure industry compliance, mitigate risks
- Reporting: Track KPIs and report performance
- Customer Satisfaction: Address issues, deliver excellent service
- Design & Quotations: Site surveys, design systems, manage proposals and pipeline
