Location: UK-wide (Remote with travel)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Incentives + Benefits
Overview:
A global CCTV manufacturer is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to drive UK sales growth. This role focuses on developing relationships with national system integrators, distributors, and key end-users across sectors like retail, logistics, education, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

Grow revenue for CCTV and VMS solutions

Manage and develop national SI and reseller relationships

Deliver sales plans and support go-to-market activities

Conduct business reviews and account planning

Work with internal teams to provide customer-focused solutions

Attend industry events
Requirements:
-
5+ years’ B2B sales experience in CCTV, VMS, or security technology

Strong network with UK system integrators and distributors

Understanding of IP surveillance and system integration

Proven track record in channel sales and solution selling

Self-motivated, able to work independently across the UK
