Strategic B2B Marketing Leadership:
Take ownership of the full B2B marketing strategy, driving brand positioning, market growth, and customer engagement. Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market plans and align marketing with wider commercial priorities. -
Brand & Thought Leadership:
Define and evolve compelling brand stories to resonate with senior decision-makers across target industries. Lead initiatives that position the company as an industry authority through thought leadership and impactful content. -
Demand Generation & Programme Ownership:
Deliver multi-channel campaigns to generate demand, build pipeline, and accelerate sales conversion. Oversee key metrics such as lead generation, MQLs, and pipeline velocity. Fully own and develop the Associate Consultancy Programme, ensuring it meets strategic objectives. -
Data-Driven Optimisation & Team Development:
Build a transparent, data-led marketing function with clear KPIs and a culture of continuous improvement. Inspire and mentor a collaborative team, fostering creativity and delivering measurable business impact.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally within a relevant sector.

Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, thought leadership, and campaign delivery.

Skilled storyteller with a strong eye for brand and customer engagement.

Excellent communicator and people leader, confident influencing at board level.

Commercially minded with a rigorous, data-driven approach.

Degree and/or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.

Willing to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
