Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for building lasting relationships and driving growth? Do you have a solid understanding of the fire and security industry and thrive in a dynamic, client-facing role? If so, this opportunity could be for you!

 

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing a mix of existing accounts while also driving new business development. You’ll initially focus on internal sales, working closely with our established customer base, before transitioning into a more active business development role.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and nurturing existing client accounts handed over to you, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the fire and security product range.
  • Driving the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proactively targeting new business opportunities, expanding the client base.
  • Attending client meetings across the region, building relationships and presenting solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Delivering on revenue targets and contributing to company growth with uncapped earning potential.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the fire and security industry or a related sector.
  • Strong skills in account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to balance internal sales with business development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in face-to-face client interactions.
  • Comfortable travelling to client sites as required, while being based out of our Leeds office.
  • Results-driven with a hunger to succeed and achieve uncapped OTE.
