We’re on the lookout for a top-notch Air Conditioning Maintenance Technician to join our team in Manchester, offering a competitive salary of £45,000.
If you've got experience keeping air conditioning systems in top shape, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Filter Cleaning/Replacement: Inspect and clean/replace air filters to ensure maximum airflow and efficiency.
- Coil Cleaning: Clean both evaporator and condenser coils to stop dirt buildup from affecting system performance.
- Refrigerant Checks: Check refrigerant levels, and find and fix any leaks so the system runs as it should.
- Electrical Inspections: Examining electrical connections to prevent any hazards and improve system safety.
- Ductwork Inspections: Ensure ductwork is leak-free and clear, optimising airflow and saving energy.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, and troubleshooting skills
- A solid understanding of refrigerant handling and electrical systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
