We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our clients team as a Branch Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Transport Team on the Escalator Division, based in our clients North Surrey Office. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative needs of the business and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

 

Job Description

  • Ensure the proper execution of offers, sales orders, final goods issue, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Register and modify non-financial Account & Contact data.
  • Responsible for maintaining the correctness of account and contact data over time.
  • Maintain and process all TCT data, including payroll-relevant information, parts orders, and service planning documents.
  • Manage and update all relevant databases, including technical, customer, and contract databases.
  • Stay vigilant in all customer dealings to detect any signs of dissatisfaction or possible contract cancellation, promptly communicating concerns to the line manager.
  • Understand and interpret follow-up reports for contract renewals, outstanding offers, and past-due receivables.
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers, service leaders, managers, and regional directors on a daily basis.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, as you will be dealing with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a busy workload and work well within a team.
