Business Development Manager 

Midlands 

£45,000 - £50,000 basic + commission and company car

 

Our client is a growing distributor specialising in high-quality security solutions, including CCTV systems, who prides themsleves on delivering exceptional service and personalised attention to clients. They are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to join their team and help them expand their presence in the Midlands region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market presence in the Midlands region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security solutions sector, focusing on CCTV systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a distributor or manufacturer setting.
  • Background in CCTV or security solutions is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Dahua and Ajax products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midlands region as required.
