- Cultivating strong business relationships with commercial and public-sector clients.
- Conducting site surveys to understand clients' specific requirements.
- Proactively developing knowledge and rapport with clients, potentially involving travel to various locations across the UK.
- Preparing and submitting accurate quotations and tender bids, ensuring contract/job requirements are effectively communicated to the operational team.
- Creating and maintaining a pipeline of single and multiple site services for various assets.
- Generating and pursuing new leads for business opportunities.

- Fire & Security services
- Mechanical & Electrical services
- Planned & Reactive Maintenance
- Commercial/Industrial projects.
