Position Overview:
As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our clients footprint in the region. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our clients wide range of electronic security products to high-security clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets across your designated territory.
- Identify, engage, and convert new high-security clients, including government sites, data centres, and distribution centres.
- Present and demonstrate the capabilities of our electronic security solutions, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, perimeter security, anti-drone systems, and under-vehicle scanning technology.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and tailored proposals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the electronic security industry or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, perimeter security, anti-drone technology, and under-vehicle scanning systems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Full driving licence with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
