Job Description

• Design and develop electrical systems for residential and mixeduse projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance on electrical design aspects.
• Implement low carbon technologies and sustainable practices in electrical design.
• Assist in the coordination of electrical installations and commissioning.
• Deliver highquality electrical design solutions for projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Stay upto-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical design.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or building services engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar role, delivering residential/mixeduse projects.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of low carbon technologies and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
