Responsibilities:

Analysing tender specifications and drawings to comprehend project scope.
Conducting site visits for accurate assessment.
Performing material take-offs.
Obtaining quotes for materials and specialised subcontractors in collaboration with the procurement team.
Evaluating quotations to ensure compliance with tender information.
Inputting data into our estimating software.
Collaborating with mechanical estimators to ensure comprehensive and compliant bids.
Participating in tender review meetings with bid managers.
Creating tailored tender letters and summaries to meet submission requirements.
Meeting with clients and conducting post-tender interviews.
Coordinating with the projects team during project handover and providing support for variation pricing.

Experience & Qualities Required:

Possession of a degree in electrical systems or relevant experience with a solid background in electrical services.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Proficiency in IT usage, with comprehensive training provided on our computer systems.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning and professional growth.
Aspiring to build a career as an Electrical Estimator.
Building services background is advantageous but not essential.
