Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates for a variety of projects in the building services sector.
- Review tender documents and specifications to ensure accurate costings.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project profitability.
- Present and explain estimates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office Suite.
