Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer

Salary £44,000 doe

About You

Experience conducting diagnostic, service and maintenance. Basic installations for commercial plants, HVAC, and mechanical building services.
Able to find faults and repair commercial plant room equipment, i.e.boilers, pumps, valves, vessels, etc.
Conduct gas servicing in accordance with manufacturers/industry guidelines.
Proficient with boilers, pumps, valves AHUs, fan coils, pipework, burners, controls etc.
Electrical control knowledge would be an advantage.
Oil experience would be an advantage along with LPG.
Preferred but not essential experience in renewables (Ground/Air source heat pumps/systems)
You would be working within facilities such as commercial, corporate, industrial, retail and governmental (Schools/NHS/Public Buildings)
Successful applicants will be expected to be part of the company’s on-call rota system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
ACS Qualifications CCN1, CPA1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CONLPGPD, CODC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1
Unvented Cylinders
Current Full UK Driving Licence
Good numeracy and literacy
Good time management
Good knowledge of the current industry
You would need to undergo a DBS check
