Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and servicing of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
- Adhering to BS 5839-1 standards.
- Working with Gent fire alarm systems.
- Providing high-quality service in various environments, with experience in hospital settings being a bonus.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fire alarm/emergency lighting technician.
- Knowledge of BS 5839-1 and Gent systems is essential.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota (1 in 7 weeks).
Benefits:
- Travel Time: Minus 30 minutes of travel time is paid.
- Lunch: 1-hour unpaid.
- Holidays: Start with 20 days, accruable to a maximum of 25.
- Earnings Potential:
- Commission: 5% on any remedial fixes sold or used from your stocked vehicle.
- Overtime:
- Time and a half for hours worked before 7:30 am and after 5:30 pm.
- Double time for Sundays.
- Bank holidays compensated with time in lieu.
