Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a talented and dedicated Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our client's team in the Midlands region.

 

About the Role:

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems in various establishments including schools, hotels, and student accommodations. You will cover the Midlands region, ensuring that all fire alarm systems are in optimal working condition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repairs and maintenance of various fire alarm systems including Gent, Advanced, Morley and Kentec.
  • Service and replacements of emergency lights.
  • Part of a 1in 6 on-call rota visiting sites out of hours fixing faults.
  • Diagnosing and resolving any issues or faults.
  • Routine inspections and tests.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Accurate records of all work carried out.

 

Benefits:

  • Salary of £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Door-to-door travel.
  • Manufacturer training with Gent.
  • 1 in 6 on call which will rise to 1 in 8 when fully staffed.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays which will rise to 27 days after 4 years of service.
