Principal Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and commission fire alarm systems to the highest standards.
- Work primarily within data centres, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and emergency callouts as part of an on-call rota.
- Diagnose and rectify faults, ensuring all systems function optimally.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all completed works.
Key Competencies:
Skills:
- Strong background in fire alarm installations, servicing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of gas suppression systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fire alarm faults efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
