Delivering superior customer service to strengthen relationships, drive retention, and maximise revenue from both existing and new accounts. Focused on achieving growth through quality standards, strategic account management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and profitability.
- Manage maintenance contracts, including mobilisation, KPI/SLA compliance, and payment collection.
- Drive account development by identifying opportunities for additional/new works and services.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate service delivery with engineers and admin teams, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Support bid teams with tenders, oversee new contracts, and ensure proper setup on service systems.
- Monitor compliance with H&S policies and maintain quality standards across all accounts.
- Attend customer meetings, document outcomes, and promote company values to all stakeholders.
- Handle contract renewals, risk assessments, and cash collection for allocated accounts.
Key Competencies:
- Proven account management experience with strong customer relationship skills.
- Solid knowledge of Fire and Security products, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
Accountable for:
- Meeting KPIs/SLAs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Driving account profitability and achieving sales targets.
- Retention and renewal of client contracts.
