Role Overview:
Oversee fire sprinkler installation projects in London, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and oversee project schedules, prepare site documentation, and liaise with clients to ensure requirements are met.
  • Resource Management: Ensure materials, tools, and resources are procured and delivered on time.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring competency, safety compliance, and professional standards.
  • Project Delivery: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. Address and document any scope changes with client approval.
  • Health & Safety: Conduct site audits and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and reforecast project budgets to control costs effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with client and organisational standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction sector.
  • Strong skills in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and team supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Essential: CSCS Manager-level card.
  • Desirable: CDM, SMSTS, MAPM qualifications.
