• High-Security Maintenance & PPMs: Conduct planned preventative maintenance on advanced security systems, ensuring uninterrupted protection for high-risk properties.
• Reactive Support & Troubleshooting: Rapid response to system faults and emergencies, delivering expert diagnostics and repairs to maintain security integrity.
• Advanced System Management: Service and maintenance of industry-leading systems including Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, and Paxton, ensuring all installations meet the highest security standards.
• Client Interaction: Provide a discreet, professional service to high-profile clients, maintaining confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
• Overseas Assignments: Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK to service properties, offering on-site expertise and support as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven Expertise: Strong experience in servicing high-security systems, particularly Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, and Paxton. Experience in high-security environments is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solver: Excellent fault-finding skills with a proactive approach to resolving security issues under pressure.
• Client-Focused: Comfortable working in prestigious settings with maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Adaptable & Flexible: Willingness to travel for short-term overseas assignments, ensuring all security systems are fully operational to the highest standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travel to client sites.
