Lift Service and Call-Out Engineer
Covering South Birmingham, Oxford, and Gloucester
£40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
You will be responsible for servicing and attending call-outs on a variety of passenger and goods lifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure lifts are operating efficiently.
- Attend and resolve call-outs promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
- Identify and rectify faults, performing repairs to minimise downtime.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet contractual and customer expectations.
- Complete documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing passenger and/or goods lifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
