Lift Service and Call-Out Engineer

Covering South Birmingham, Oxford, and Gloucester

£40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

You will be responsible for servicing and attending call-outs on a variety of passenger and goods lifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure lifts are operating efficiently.
• Attend and resolve call-outs promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify and rectify faults, performing repairs to minimise downtime.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet contractual and customer expectations.
• Complete documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in servicing and repairing passenger and/or goods lifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
