About the Client:
- Our client, specialists in the Lift industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Service Manager based around the South East area to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Have management responsibility across a wide range of areas.
- Be a highly effective communicator, who can proactively manage customers and the team.
- Understand the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.
- Provide the metrics required by the business and generate adhoc and regular reports.
- Manage half of the service portlio (Approx 750 units)
Qualities Required:
- Must have expeirence in a lift engineering background.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
