Role Overview
We are recruiting for a skilled Lift Technician with an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering to work across London. This role requires expertise in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting lifts, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex maintenance and repair tasks to ensure lifts operate safely and reliably.
- Identify and resolve faults quickly to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field technicians.
- Complete all necessary digital and physical paperwork accurately.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear updates on work progress.
Skills & Qualifications
- Required: NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering.
- Extensive experience with various lift systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lift industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
