National Lift Sales Representative

Manchester or Sunderland Office (Remote/Hybrid Work Model)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic National Lift Sales Representative to join our client's expanding team. This role focuses on the sales of lift repairs, services, modernisations, and business development across the UK. Due to recent growth and company restructuring, this is a key position to help drive the business forward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets for lift repairs, services, and modernisations.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the lift industry or a similar technical field.
  • Understanding of lift repairs, services, and modernisations or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a national sales territory.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Full UK driving licence.

 

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model: A combination of working from home, the office (Manchester or Sunderland), and client visits.
  • Office presence is required once or twice a week.
  • Extensive travel to meet clients across the UK.

 

Compensation:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Attractive commission structure.
  • Company car or car allowance.
