Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical and building services projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors for seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or building services industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and public health services.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is advantageous.
