Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of M&E projects, ensuring cost control and value maximisation.
- Prepare and submit accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Provide detailed cost reporting and forecasting to stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project profitability.
- Collaborate with project teams to drive successful outcomes.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with expertise in M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, tendering, and contractual procedures.
- Ideally, previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant industry software and tools.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
