Could you respond to urgent callouts, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs on fire and security systems? We are seeking a skilled Reactive Service & Breakdown Engineer for a client. A strong understanding of open protocol fire alarm systems is essential, along with experience in programming cause and effect and setting up temporary lighting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Fault-finding & Repairs – React swiftly to system breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement effective repairs.
- Open Circuit Testing & Programming – Identify faults within circuits, program cause-and-effect sequences, and ensure systems function correctly.
- Temporary Lighting Setup – Install and configure temporary lighting as required.
- Fire & Security Systems Maintenance – Service and maintain a variety of open protocol fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and warden call systems.
- Customer Support – Provide professional and clear communication with clients, ensuring high service standards.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all work is completed to industry regulations and accurately recorded.

Working Hours:
- Contracted Hours – 40 hours per week.
- On-Call & Overtime – Available for additional earnings.
