Are you an experienced Security Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Service Engineer to join our clients team on the M4 Corridor.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain a variety of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and fire alarms.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on security systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues or faults with security systems promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure installations meet required standards and specifications.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed on the operation and maintenance of their security systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and inventory management.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and systems through continuous professional development and training programmes.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies during the performance of duties.

 

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer or in a similar role within the security industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with various security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and fire alarms.
  • Relevant certifications in security systems engineering or electronics (e.g., NSI, FIA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different client sites as required.
