Responsibilities:

• Maintain IP CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and PIDS systems to a high standard.
• Collaborate effectively with specialist subcontractor teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships through site meetings and ongoing communication.
• Ensure all documentation is completed efficiently and correctly.
• Participate in a call-out rota to provide support when needed.

Key Competencies:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience servicing security systems.
• Expertise across multiple security disciplines, including access control, intruder alarms, and IP CCTV.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations (advantageous).
• Full, valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience installing and maintaining IDS (Galaxy).
• Knowledge of IP CCTV systems, including VMS platforms.
• Familiarity with access control solutions.
• Expertise in PIDS.
• Understanding of modern security system integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain installed systems effectively.
