As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and managing our design team to deliver high-quality projects. Your expertise in design engineering and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in developing innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess design feasibility.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements.
- Lead design reviews and present design proposals to stakeholders.
Qualities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Proven experience in design engineering, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of design principles and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
