Our client is seeking a
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day to date running of operations service desk, finding the correct engineer to attend all jobs.
- Helping to manage the engineers’ schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency
- Maintaining good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Ordering of materials and booking of labour.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels to maintain good relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
- Being able to quickly assess situations and respond in a proactive manner
- Maintaining record keeping, stock control and health and safety documentation
- Helping with Co-ordination of service and maintenance activities
- Helping to manage project costs and reporting
- Assisting with international shipments
Qualities Required:
- Proactive, Positive, Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have previous experience on service desk or similar role, experience of scheduling engineers and ordering
- Reliable, confident and use own initiative
- Customer Service, Decision Making, Planning, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analysing Information
