- Coordinate administrative tasks to support the Fire and Security department.
- Manage and maintain records, documents, and databases.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and engineers’ calendars.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
- At least 1 year's experinece in the Fire and Security industry.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Be well organised and proactive.
- Strong IT skills.
- Good customer service.
