Job Description:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for Fire and Security systems.
- Liaise with technicians and customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Provide support to the Sales team in preparing quotes and proposals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator in the Fire and Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of Fire and Security systems and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using service management software and MS Office suite.
