We’re on the lookout for an innovative Service Engineer to join a leading team in the North West. If you’ve got experience working on HVAC systems in council offices and hospitals, and you’re looking for a role with a competitive salary and room for growth, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Service & Maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance and service on HVAC systems (chillers, air conditioning, heating, etc.) across council offices and hospital sites.
- Repairs & Diagnostics: Get stuck into troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Compliance: Work to industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring top-notch work every time.
- Documentation: Keep everything logged accurately, completing any reports and admin as needed.
Requirements:
- Experienced: Solid background in HVAC servicing with relevant qualifications (F-Gas, NVQ Level 2/3, etc.).
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, able to work on your own and hit the ground running.
- Organised: You’ve got time management down to a T and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Professional: Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Location: Based in the North West with travel to council offices and hospitals as part of the role.
