Looking for a new opportunity? Due to growth in our clients lift service portfolio, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager for their London-based service business. You will be working to manage service contracts and assist with the achievement of their financial plans, for 2024 and beyond. 


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and managing a group of Field Engineers covering the London area.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and call-outs are completed on time and efficiently.
  • Ensuring online processes and procedures for recording work are adhered to.
  • Ensuring safety procedures and policies are always adhered to.
  • Close communication with Repairs and other Operations Managers.
  • Dealing with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction are always maintained.
  • Attending to and submission of repair quotations to customers.
  • Random, physical checking of sites and works to ensure good engineer housekeeping is in place.
  • Assisting with negotiations for contract renewals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues.
  • A willingness to participate in weekend and emergency call escalation rotas.
