- Manage service delivery to ensure alignment with KPI targets, including, quality timeliness and compliance
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and process enhancements to improve service performance
- Team management of on-site engineers
- Oversee the training and professional development of the team
- Ensure adherence to industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service

- Proven leadership and coordination skills in the maintenance / service industries
- A detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills
- Confidently able to communicate and manage stakeholders
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, whilst still ensuring a high-quality service is delivered
