Job Description:
As the Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our service department. Your main duties will include managing a team of service technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze service department performance and make recommendations for improvement
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Operations Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of service operations best practices
- Experience in the lift and escalator industry
