Responsibilities:
- Foster the growth and advancement of a skilled team of Building Service Engineers through mentoring, developing, and support.
- Safeguard and enhance the quality of our designs while providing technical and supportive guidance to colleagues.
- Take change of leading and successfully delivering projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to our business development efforts by formulating technical strategies and showcasing our expertise in the field.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape the strategic direction and financial performance of the Building Services team.
- Engage with colleagues to optimise technical direction, standardise procedures, and advance the utilisation of our digital tools.
- Effectively manage technical risks, negotiate service scopes, and prepare fee proposals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Hold the designation of a Chartered Engineer from a reputable professional institution.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing and managing all aspects of project delivery.
- Forward-thinking and deeply passionate about digital design innovation and the application of ‘smart design’ in the evolving digitalised construction landscape.
- Exhibit a high level of technical proficiency with a proven understanding of sustainable and net-zero carbon design principles.
- Enjoy a strong reputation as a respected, well-liked, and trusted leader in the Building Service sector.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with a diverse and impressive portfolio of projects.
