Are you a Technical Manager with security systems expertise to oversee project execution, support engineers, and liaise with clients and manufacturers? This could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Support engineers with installations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for product updates and issue resolution.
- Deliver internal training and technical documentation.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in security system installation and support.
- Knowledge of cloud-based access control, CCTV, intercoms, and alarms.
- Familiarity with networking, integrations, and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.

- CCTV: Eagle Eye Networks

- Intruder Alarms: Orisec
