Seeking a detail-oriented Technical Product Engineer in Ashton-under-Lyne to test and improve IP and analogue systems, create technical documentation, and support advanced security solutions with a leading UK distributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Focus: Work with IP, analogue, software, app, and mechanical security systems.
- Testing: Evaluate and test products for performance, compatibility, and compliance; identify and resolve technical issues.
- Product Improvement: Provide feedback to developers for product enhancements.
- Documentation: Create technical guides and logs to support customers and document product updates.
- Collaboration & Education: Work across teams to ensure awareness of features, gather feedback, and understand new requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Enthusiasm: Strong interest in electronics, computing, and networking.
- Relevant Experience: Technical qualifications and experience in a related field.
- Detail-Oriented and Organised: Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
