Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers/integration partners.
- Set up demonstration platforms for the sales team.
- Install, deploy, test, and upgrade company applications.
- Understand client-server component architecture, APIs, networking principles, and databases.
- Assist in sales meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs and interact globally with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Software support, deployment, or IT/security industry experience.
- Application and software development skills or experience in .NET, C++, C#, or similar
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, HTML, or similar software apps and scripting.
