Extensive delivery of passive fire protection projects, including fire-stopping, cavity barriers, fire doors, structural steel protection and high-rise cladding remediation.
Strong commercial leadership across NEC and JCT contracts, managing projects from early business case through to final account and handover.
Proven expertise in pricing and variation management, maintaining margin control on portfolios up to £30m.
Broad sector experience across residential, commercial, education, infrastructure, façades and mechanical / specialist works for Tier-1 contractors and housing providers.
Holds CSCS Professional Card, Sentinel / Network Rail and HND/HNC in Building Services
