Experienced Mechanical Project Manager with 20+ years in M&E delivery, managing projects up to around £10 million M&E value across luxury residential, commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors.

Key Skills & Experience

Extensive background in mechanical project management, technical services management, contracts management and plumbing/gas fitting.
Delivered complex mechanical and plumbing works across residential developments, commercial office and office-to-residential schemes, NHS, leisure centres, high-security public-sector sites and plantroom installations.
Experienced with FCUs, ventilation systems, MVHR systems, smoke extract and AOV systems, AHUs, domestic water services, boosted water systems, VRF and comfort cooling systems, boilers, ASHPs, buffer vessels, compressed air systems, steam generation, specialist ventilation, sprinkler, dry-riser and BMS installations.
Strong in mechanical coordination, subcontractor management, procurement, programme tracking, technical compliance, commissioning planning, handover documentation, client liaison, quality control and health & safety management.
Qualifications include NVQ Level 7 – Senior Construction Management, CSCS Black Card – Site Manager, SMSTS – Site Management Safety Training, and an NVQ in Plumbing & Heating
