Extensive background in plumbing, heating and gas engineering, with hands-on experience across property maintenance, small projects, plant rooms, schools, workshops and roadside breakdown environments.
Worked on system conversions, upgrades and swaps, power flushing, boiler installs, steam boilers, steam systems, spray booths, HVAC maintenance, BMS fault finding, mobile boiler rooms/trailers, and refurbishment projects.
Has experience using various cutting and welding tools, pipe threaders, barrel pipework, Durapipe Vulcathene waste pipe and fittings, and has designed, built and maintained mobile boiler room/trailers.
Strong practical skill set covering troubleshooting, problem solving, service schedules, plant room overhauls, high pressure water jetter units, hyd systems, confined spaces, and managing small refurbishment works.
Qualifications and training include EUSR substations and overhead power lines, Gas Safe CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A and Steam Maintenance & boilers (Spirax Sarco)
