Major site work at power stations and energy from waste facilities, plus nationwide gas suppression expertise.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Worked on a wide range of environments including domestic and commercial properties, Landover/Solihull site, nationwide projects, power stations and energy from waste sites; experience also includes cylinder exchanges, mechanical work, water-based systems, beam detectors, flame detectors, linear heat cable and air sampling systems.
  • Systems and equipment include conventional and addressable fire alarm systems, haes, Kentec, Gent, control equipment, Kidde Vega, Advanced, Morley, Notifier, C-Tec, FM 200, Inergen, CO2, Argon, HART, VESDA and HSSD Stratos.
  • Strong hands-on ability in commissioning, installation, fault finding and servicing, with additional experience in electrical repairs, gas suppression, pre-action and deluge foam systems.
  • Qualifications and cards include HNC Electrical Engineering, City and Guilds 224, F Gas course for FM 200 servicing, CSCS and IPAF.
