Experienced mechanical contracts manager and project manager with a background spanning project management, CAD draughting and air conditioning engineering across HVAC and M&E environments.
Delivered NHS and commercial projects ranging from £20k to £6.5m, including M&E schemes between £80k and £1.2m, with experience in public sector, retail, restaurant and private sector settings.
Strong technical capability using AutoCAD 2D and Cad Cam for manufacture and installation drawings, coordinated mechanical and electrical drawings, and reading technical/mechanical drawings.
Hands-on across tendering, budgeting, programming, O&M manuals, RAMS, procurement trackers, RFI trackers, CVRs, invoice approvals, site labour coordination, site surveys and client/site meetings.
Qualifications include City and Guilds AutoCAD Level 1, 2 and 3, City & Guilds F-Gas & ODS regulations, NVQ Level 2 MENS small commercial refrigerant & air condition systems, SMSTS.
